After, you check in and sign our Liability
Release there are carrots to feed, horses to ride, horses to
groom and/or saddle and we will end with Equine Science (Horse
Knowledge).
The hour long classes will have 4 stations.
The 4 stations are:
~Feeding carrots to the horses.
~Learning to ride the horses
~Horsemanship (groom, saddle, haltering, leading, exc.)
~We will end the lesson with Equine Science (Horse Knowledge).
The
adult takes an active role in the child’s riding experience and
education. While the adults won’t be riding, they will assist the
children going to each station.
Children and adults need to wear long pants (leggings are fine) and
closed toed shoes. Each child must have his or her own adult partner to
assist them. This person should be the same for each class.
